More nonsense
You can believe in “climate change” (formally known as “global warming,” …after being labeled “global cooling) and can believe it is caused by human activities. But, none of these beliefs is related to a need for another phony international boondoggle.
Specifics on climate are debatable issues, in spite of attempts to restrict such debate. The Paris climate accord is virtually useless in addressing global changes to climate. BTW, the U.S. leads the world in actively reducing its “carbon footprint” ( largely due to the adoption of natural gas over coal).
“Progress” is seldom legislated. Free thought and innovation is what produced our energy-supplying path from dung, to wood, to coal, to oil, to gas, and nuclear. The progress will continue and the more bureaucrats get out of our lives, the greater the success will be.
